As standard products, BEB supplies:

Plates / slabs
Thickness: 20 mm - 300 mm,
Also hot rolled until a thickness of approx. 700 mm (if ingots are available)
Material qualities: S 235 / S 275 / S 355

In the area of steel trade the company also convinces its customers by high competence. Magnet and suction lifting beams facilitate the fast and safe loading and unloading of trucks. Even slabs up to a weight of 30 tons can be handled. On the industrial estate of Bochum-Gerthe BEB owns a large area of approx. 34,000 mē with two industrial halls.

Rolling

Drawing of slabs with roller dies rounds off the extensive range of BEB. Slabs and plates are rolled out to a max. width of 4000 mm. Contracts for rolling work concluded with two renowned rolling mills demonstrate the efficiency of BEB in this area. The company maintains a large stock of blooms and continous casting slabs. On this basis the manufacturing and supplying of rolled products in individual dimensions can sometimes be effected within only one week. Up to 5,000 tons of material is stored on the outdoor storage site in Bochum, an additional quantity of approx. 15,000 tons is stored in external warehouses.
