As steel trader, we offer straightened flat products in common trade dimensions, but also in individual dimensions. Our stock consists of plates, flat products, rolled slabs and continuous cast slabs in various dimensions. At the same time, we have the possibility to deliver hot rolled flat products with optimised widths. This saves you unnecessary waste and additional processing effort.
Plates
Dimensions
With our wide range of processing options, we can offer you heavy plates in individual dimensions. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your requirements.
Thickness: approx. 20 – 700 mm
Width: up to approx. 4,000 mm
Length: up to approx. 15,000 mm or according to agreement
Steel grades
We mainly supply non-alloyed structural steel according to DIN EN 10025. The quality of our products is tested by independent testing laboratories. We are able to offer the following grades:
S235, S235+AR, S235JR, S235J2+N
S275, S275+AR, S275JR, S275J2+N
S355, S355+AR, S355JR, S355J2+N
S355NL
42CrMo4 >150 mm
C45 >150 mm
Counterweights
We also offer second choice plates or slabs in various dimensions, which are ideal as counterweights, for example for construction machines, due to their price and properties.
Pre-processing
In addition to standard dimensions, we are happy to produce plates for your special purpose. On request, we are able to roll slabs to your required dimensions. The material is then straightened by our experts, which saves you further processing effort. Our grinding, cut-off grinding and sawing enables us to provide you with plates in the desired condition and measurements – all from a single source.
In case of very high precision requirements, we are able to carry out comparative analyses using a spectrometer or recorded thickness measurements with an ultrasonic device.
